“Chef T was beyond incredible. It was my sister’s bachelorette party and we rented an Airbnb, so we feared equipment would be limited, but she had no problems executing the menu and in a timely fashion. My sister and her friends got caught in traffic and Chef was willing to push back service to accommodate. The theme was Tropical and after letting her know that, she adjusted the purposed menu options to include dishes with that specific theme. She was kind and generous, at one point during the wait of my sister’s arrival offering to go pick us up a case of water and ice since the machine didn’t work and we were elbows deep trying to erect a balloon arch from h*ll. She even offered the three of us a little plate of snackies to help hold us over since we were delayed two hours!!! Then there was the food. OMG. EVERYONE WAS IN HEAVEN. The flavors, techniques, portions, and ingredients were all outstanding. After each course she kindly cleared our plates and served the next dish. After a long day of traveling/setting up decor, we couldn’t have asked for more. When service was finished we walked into the kitchen and it was like Mary Poppins had snapped her fingers. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS. The dishwasher was running, things were put away and she had already broken down/packed up into her vehicle. Just completely shook. In the BEST way. There was honestly little to no stress whatsoever from start to finish. And what stress there was came from feeling guilty we hadn’t needed to lift a finger! ;) The chef offered connections to photographers, dinner wear, and even was willing to take some photos of/with us. She made the night so so so special and we will most definitely be sending referrals her way. I know that there aren’t many reviews on her page, but I guarantee you she will not disappoint. She was worth far more than what she priced our service at, so I encourage you to book her for your next event. And to Chef T- Thank you again. You are a warm, kind, incredibly talented human being who made my sister’s day and set the stage for an amazing weekend. We all were so grateful for your work and vision. I’m so glad we were able to experience your passion. Thank you.”
